Terms of Service

These terms apply to Keyon Clipper ("the app"), operated by Keyon Live (contact: kashkeyon@gmail.com). By connecting a TikTok account to the app you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app prepares short clips from the creator's own livestream recordings and, after the creator approves a clip, uploads it to the creator's TikTok inbox through TikTok's official Content Posting API. The app does not publish anything by itself; posting happens in the TikTok app.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to your videos and captions. You give the app permission to process your recordings and to upload the clips you approve to the TikTok account you connected. You are responsible for making sure the content you post follows TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including rights to music and other material in your clips.
3. Your TikTok account
You connect your account with TikTok Login Kit and can disconnect it at any time in TikTok's settings. The app only uses the permissions described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to upload content you do not own or have permission to share, to spam, or to break TikTok's rules or the law. Access can be ended for misuse.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. TikTok may change or limit its APIs at any time, which can stop uploads from working.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Keyon Live is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content posted to TikTok, which the creator posts himself.
7. Changes
These terms can be updated; the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
