Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Keyon Clipper ("the app") does with information when the creator connects a TikTok account. The app is operated by Keyon Live (contact: kashkeyon@gmail.com).
1. Information the app receives from TikTok
- Basic profile (scope
user.info.basic): open ID, display name and avatar of the connected account. - Profile username (scope
user.info.profile): the account's username, used only to confirm that clips go to the intended account. - Upload permission (scope
video.upload): lets the app upload a video to the connected account's TikTok inbox as a draft. The app cannot see the account's other videos, messages, followers or analytics. - Access and refresh tokens that TikTok issues when the creator signs in.
2. Videos
The app only uploads short videos cut from the creator's own livestream recordings, and only after the creator has approved each clip. Uploaded videos arrive in the creator's TikTok inbox; the creator decides whether, when and how they are posted.
3. How the information is used
- To show which TikTok account is connected.
- To upload the creator's approved clips to that account's inbox and check the upload status TikTok reports.
The information is not sold, rented or shared with anyone, is not used for advertising or profiling, and is not used to train AI models.
4. Where it is stored and for how long
Tokens and the account username are stored only on the creator's own computer that runs the app. They are kept until the creator disconnects the app or deletes them. A short log of uploads (date, clip, TikTok status) is kept on the same computer so the same clip is never uploaded twice.
5. Third parties
The only service the app sends this information to is TikTok, through TikTok's official APIs. TikTok's own Privacy Policy applies to content once it is on TikTok.
6. Your choices
- Disconnect the app at any time in the TikTok app: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions → Keyon Clipper → Remove access. The app's stored tokens then stop working.
- Ask for deletion of any stored information by emailing kashkeyon@gmail.com.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
